Voter Fraud has never been shown to be an even remotely significant factor in determining elections. Non-citizens simply are not attempting to vote in numbers that matter significantly, and trying to trace every voter's citizenship status is simply a waste of time and money that makes voting harder. As members of a democratically elected body I expect you to at least make efforts to encourage, not discourage, participation in our nation's elections, and this bill is a serious misstep in that regard.
