Not only would this effectively deprive a homeless person of his or her right to vote, but having to produce proof of domicile at the time of voting would be very difficult for most of us given that in this age of paperless billing, I have no physical bills. They all come into my email, and the form in which they arrive doesn’t state my physical address. Please defeat this bill.
