Giving deciding power to a singular party elected figure is exactly opposite of our American values. This will enable decisions that are fueled by personal and party interests as opposed to the best interests for game and hunters from a biological standpoint. Our fish and game department has been making educated study backed decisions for over 200 years and has experienced overwhelming success with regards to herd growth and health. It would be borderline moronic to change a system that has worked so well for so long.
