Requiring the presentation of a government issues photographic means of identification in order to vote limits access of legitimate voters to participate in free and fair elections. This bill also prohibits the use of valid student identification, clearly designed to limit or prohibit legitimate young voters to participate in local and state elections. This goes against NH laws and statutes supporting full access to voting for all eligible voters, and I oppose this bill.
