This unfairly targets suppressing the votes of college students who live and participate in civic life here - where their family lives should have ABSOLUTELY NO BEARING on where they vote. Again, we want them in our state to participate and drive our economy but we don't want to give them a voice? A voter who meets the qualifications and is domiciled in New Hampshire has the right to vote here. Adding additional requirements related to residency as defined by the University System would take away the right to vote for qualified New Hampshire voters.
