Dear Committee, I urge you to SUPPORT HB652. Throughout my life, I have experienced the hardships amongst families which has and had been create by family courts, both within New Hampshire and within other states. I have seen the after math of what these family courts do to families. This bill would abolish the family court division, replace it with the office of family mediation, and reassigning the jurisdiction of the family court division to this new office of family mediation. This is a major step in the right direction as many family disputes can be resolved within family mediation without any courts. This bill would allow both New Hampshire fathers and mothers to resolve their family disputes without ever having to burden their finances by hiring attorneys. If you believe that New Hampshire families should not continue to be destroyed by family courts, then I urge you to SUPPORT HB652. Sincerely, James
