This proposed legislation would further complicate and slowdown the voting process at elections. There currently is not problem that needs to be fixed. This legislation would prevent the voter from casting a vote at the election because the proposed appeal (an immediate appeal to the superior court as provided in RSA 654:12, V.) would not work timely enough. I consider this another step in the movement of voter suppression.
