I do approve of the part of this bill to give a voucher to the person so they can attain the records they need. I DO NOT support he part that states if it occurs on election day then they shouldn't put the time in to help verify if that person can vote. It will absolutely lead to more people being turned away at the polls, especially in NH where we have same day voter registration.
