This is going in the WRONG DIRECTION. We should be coming up with more things that are allowable, so that more people can easily show domicile. Example: For High School Voter drives, let the school records count as schools need to know who is funding each student. Find more ways that can be used for domicile and don't leave this to the "WHIM" of the Supervisor of the Checklist. There are NO qualifications to be elected to this position. There is NO guarantee that the person in this role will be fair and not biased. Unless you are going to say that only un-declared voters can be election officials, because we can't trust the parties.
