I am neutral on this Bill as I do not understand the impetus for the change. Has the need for 10 years simply not materialized? If so, seems the time period could be shortened. I'd think the statistics of past reporting can clearly show the need for a change?!? One observation is the age of 18 is not mentioned, but seems that once an individual is an adult, all of the records related to this specific Bill could be removed/deleted etc. ?!?
