This bill is long overdue. The family law court is nothing more than a revenue buisness model incentivized by the federal government. Out of all the courts systems, family court has the highest transfer of wealth .Judges are not accountable and are shielded by cronyism. This bill will remove these roadblocks and level the playing field for all parties especially the children.
