This bill is misguided. While the consideration of high-quality PEER-REVIEWED climate research should absolutely be utilized for decision making where relevant, this bill makes many false assertions about the reliability of climate information and does not distinguish between reputable (PEER-REVIEWED & confirmed by multiple well-constructed studies) sources of information and those that are “fraudulent”.
