Brian Lockard

I am a member of the public as well as a Health Officer and I am opposed to this bill. Many bills are proposed each year that directly affect Health Officers, both positive and negative. I am also a member of the NH Health Officers Association, and we track the bills that impact our profession, and this bill would prohibit myself, my colleagues and my organization from providing any comments, both positive or negative. I urge the committee to vote this bill inexpedient to legislate.
