I get the need for this, but the bigger issue I observe is answering "what is the core education to be delivered by the government?" personally, I would put effort into answering this question. Once this question is answered, then the funding can be worked. I also might put a member(s) of the public on this effort (no, not me). Those that have never worked for the government in any capacity Maybe they all have lived in other States as well Good luck, we need property tax relief. .
