This bill jeopardizes access to services for the most vulnerable populations. I'm not sure of the reason for this bill. Is the goal to restrict access to care in these populations? Are these folks somehow worth less than the rest of the population? Assisting the elderly and the blind to access resources, find support and receive services is the right thing to do.
