I am NOT in favor of this Bill. It imposes higher taxes on waterfront property. This is not the only group affected by the state dams. Boat registration costs have already gone up due to the unnecessary need for an additional sticker. An additional fee is treating boaters unfairly. Any income from hydroelectric power generated by the dams should be used for the dams inspection and maintenance.
