This bill is ill-advised, counterproductive, and fear-inducing. It will cause harm to organizations doing some of the most important work in New Hampshire. It also will have a chilling effect on our residents in need of assistance. It may even cost lives. It is not what New Hampshire is about, at least not what we are supposed to be about.
