Stop this insanity! HB 392 would dissolve the office that ensures all New Hampshirites have access to DHHS services including those who are blind/low vision, deaf, and limited English proficiency. Why would we make it harder for New Hampshire people to access the services they need? If this is what we've come to in order to save money, it's time to get out of the school voucher business, which diverts funds from public education for all NH students, and institute a state income tax so we have the resources to care for the most vulnerable in our communities.
