To the members of the Health, Human Services, and Elderly Affairs Committee, As an almost 50 year voting resident of the state of NH, I urge you to OPPOSE this bill. Frankly, it is appalling that it is even being considered. These offices ensure that ALL residents of the granite state have equal access to to programs and services. Why would one want to dismantle these programs? It seems the bill's sponsors want to discriminate against residents who do not have equal access to programs or services due to circumstances such as poverty, race or ethnicity, gender, etc. Is this what NH stands for? Please OPPOSE this harmful bill. And thank you for the opportunity to use this online platform as I am unable to be in Concord to testify in person. Suzanne Allison
