There is no regard in this bill for pregnancies jeopardizing the health of the mother, or pregnancies occurring due to criminal behavior. Medical providers, by way of the Hippocratic Oath taken during licensure, should not be permitted to "pick-and-choose" what potentially life-saving care to administer to a patient based on their sociological opinions of the patient's situation.
