I am opposed to this bill. If I am requesting an absentee ballot, and am on the voter rolls, I may be a senior or disabled person for whom getting my ballot notorized would create the same burden for which I might be requesting an absentee ballot. I may be house bound and unable to travel to a notary. There will also be an additional cost to have it notorized, which is an unfair burden.
