I oppose HB 392 because it would make access harder for individuals in NH to receive services as many people need help due to be blind/low vision, hard of hearing, etc. We have an aging an elderly population in our state and need to continue to help our disabled and elderly population as much as possible. As a therapist, I see many individuals who need help with these types of activities and we need to continue to support them.
