I have personally experienced being cut off from my grandchild due to my advocating for him. It is heart wrenching. I support this bill because children need to know their family. A grandparent’s love can mean the world to a child, especially if they are being raised in a home that is isolated and the parents are withholding them as a way to punish the grandparents.
