I am concerned that this bill will put additional burden and punishment on the good people of non-profits (many who depend on a volunteer workforce) that are doing good work for Granite staters in need. I am concerned this bill will put up more barriers for desperate people seeking aid, making less people come forward and potentially driving up homelessness. I’m concerned this bill would result in racial profiling of desperate Granite staters seeking aid I think this bill is heartless, does not represent the good will of people in NH and I don’t believe this bill is enforceable.
