I am opposed to this bill which adds additional steps/hurdles to the voting process especially for voters with disabilities, seniors, others who need help. They would need to take the additional step of either going in to the town clerk in person, or two additional steps of getting a color copy and getting the ballot notarized. These are significant hurdles not easily overcome. Please vote no on this bill.
