This bill would force people who are already unable to be at the polls during polling hours, for a variety of reasons, to take time off from work, or in the case of the elderly, find transportation, to get color copies of ID and then seek out a notary, which forces them to pay in order to vote. This is essentially a poll tax and therefore is just wrong.
