I write in opposition to proposed bill HB392 as this proposal is dismantling equity in healthcare for our NH residents. Everyone deserves the right to medical care despite their race, class, sex, age, etc. When you dismantle a system that has been ensuring the health and safety of our residents you are ignorantly putting peoples’ lives in danger, especially our most vulnerable populations.
