I'm a citizen of New Hampshire, and I'm writing to urge you to oppose HB219. We urgently need a robust Renewable Portfolio Standard in New Hampshire (and it's frankly an embarrassment to compare ours to our neighboring states in New England), for reasons related to economic growth and investment, which require certainty; energy cost stability; energy independence and diversity of fuel sources; and ongoing operations of renewable energy facilities. Renewable energy is the future, and the Granite State must not be left behind. In the strongest terms, I urge you to oppose HB219. Sincerely, Matthew Boulton
