The idea that a court ruling on education funding would be "not binding" on the legislature goes against the very idea of a functioning republic built on separation of powers and checks and balances. It's obvious by now that there is a powerful movement to dismantle all public institutions and sell them to the highest bidder. The children of NH deserve better.
