This bill puts unnecessary hardships on many eligible voters, including elders, disabled and other low income individuals who may not have access to a color printer, be able to afford ink, be able to afford to pay a notary public, or be unable to get to a notary public without additional hardship. Voting is a right. It should not cost money to vote and voters should not have to endure additional hardships, simply because of age, disability, or income status.
