While it is not unreasonable to have measures in place to minimize risks to children, I oppose this bill because it is so broad and leaves open to interpretation obscene, lewd, and lascivious, for example. A prudish person or a person who discriminates against LGBTQIA+ people could make an inappropriate determination with respect to the statute if enacted. I also think there would be unintended consequences of enforcement from relationships with manufacturers and vendors to the judicial and correctional systems.
