These deparments have been labeled for only providing "woke-minded support systems". This is not true. The Dept of Env. Services also handles waste management. If you dismantle that thinking it's stopping green energy practices, it will also stop trash removal and dumo facility operations. Imagine what our beaches and mountains would look like without trash management. I bet that would cut tourism exponentially.
