If a doctor wants to refuse to provide basic reproductive healthcare to their patients then they should not be a doctor. This doesn't follow the tenets of the Hippocratic Oath. Doctor's are required to abide by patients healthcare decisions in so many aspects. To propose this is to propose a highly politicized and downright unreasonable standard that will further erode the doctor-patient relationship.
