Dear Michael Vose, Chair. My business and clients depend on the low grade biomass market. Our clients through out 7 of NH counties own forests that provide green open space-a net profit to towns and the state of NH. Most forest owners need harvest income to keep forests as forests. Biomass markets represent a large part of forest ownership stabilty. The loss of the biomass market is the loss of forest ownership to non forest development. Residential development as you are well aware is a huge net cost to Towns and NH due to costly public services. I oppose short term economic gains for long term damage to our Town and State taxpayers. This Bill is a solid example of this short sightedness.
