Granite Staters, such as seniors, ought to be able to downsize comfortably and still remain in the communities where they built their lives. It should be difficult to do but the NH housing crisis is making it so. And young people just starting out have a much harder time finding a small home they can afford, I worry about my 3 grown children's futures because of the extreme and unreasonably high cost of housing. Even my husband and I who are middle aged are looking to move and many even modest homes are over half a million dollars!! I vote in favor of this bill and ask my Congress reps to do so as well.
