I support this bill because transferring maintenance, snow removal, etc to the towns will be a hardship to those towns and in particular the road in question, known as Continental Blvd. in my town (Merrimack) is a road that is used by many people from out of town to commute to work from exit 11 (Everett Tpk) to businesses in Merrimack and also Nashua, Amherst and Milford. It is not a road used only primarily for local travel. I am not in favor of shifting these costs from the state to the towns, which seems to be a trend.......
