We should be increasing our Renewable Portfolio Standard to be more in line with other New England States, not reducing it! If you want to lower electricity costs, you should investigate how to reduce transmission and distribution charges. The future of New Hampshire depends on reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. Please don't do anything to slow efforts to do that.
