There's a poison pill in HB675 that would limit the ability of voters to decide how much they want to spend on their schools and create a 2/3 super majority threshold to exceed that limit! Voters already work under a 3/5 threshold for bonds that greatly limits infrastructure improvements in New Hampshire's communities. Only ten states impose supermajority votes on local communities and New Hampshire is one of them! Supermajority votes are undemocratic! One person...one vote!
