I am opposed to HB675, the Town of Carroll already pays over a million dollars each year to educate less than 60 children due to our highly assessed town, not because we are all independently wealthy. We also send out swept to the school as well. You keep looking for an easy way out of figuring a proper way to pay for education, this easy way was used before! Try finding a better answer that doesn’t impact the same towns. The state of Minn. ads a extra tax to second home owners to pay for education, think about that and all these AirB&B’s that are hurting motel businesses, etc. you also need to monitor the schools themselves to see why some are running better than others on the same money. Please vote no, thank you
