While you may be patting yourselves on the back for increasing adequacy grants -- the reality is you have underfunded the grants for so long that you should be ashamed of yourselves. . And while you make these tiny increases you also slam citizen taxpayers by reducing the catastrophic aid the state will be providing for extreme special education costs. This miniscule increase will not make up for those losses in many school districts and their local taxpayers. We need for you to really step up to the cost of providing an adequate education.
