If a healthcare professional does not wish to provide healthcare they should seek a new protection. Their role as a public health professional is to serve the public and provide the public with access to healthcare services whether or not they align with their personal believes. The public’s healthcare is about the public’s health not the beliefs of the healthcare provider.
