Why does someone need to carry a gun in a polling place? I cannot think of a reason but I can think of reasons to prohibit guns in p0lling places. Seeing a gun, voters and poll workers can feel anxiety and fear; voters may decide to leave without voting and poll workers may decide they don't want to volunteer again. How sad for democracy to lose voters; how impossible to manage elections without the dedicated volunteers who make an election possible. This bill is common sense.
