Dear members of the House Education Finance Committee, I am urging you to support HB656. As a citizen of NH, I believe it is very important for the school board to meet to approve the off er of federal funding to any given school district, and the citizens where the children are affected by the decisions made, are allowed to have input into the decision. In recent years federal funding of schools has come with strings attached, often requiring that certain ideologies be taught. Ultimate control of the schools in a district has been designed for local control, not unconstitutional federal overreach, so please vote in support of HB656.
