Shall we call this bill the "put our heads in the sand" and let's completely cave into the fossil fuel industry? We need to start planning for a world not dependent on fossil fueled powered passenger cars. Passenger rail is a long term smart investment for a changing climate and for the economic development in the state. I live in Dover and the passenger rail to Boston is great and continues to support economic development in the Seacoast.
