This is a shortsighted bill that artificially constrains services and economic expansion in our state. Rail is an underutilized transportation asset that could enhance both public access to the state and economic opportunities. It is essential that we capitalize on both freight and passenger rail. I’m exceptionally supportive of expanding rail in New Hampshire.
