I agree with points a-e of this bill. I oppose prohibiting schools from making attempts to collect funds owed for lunches. I also oppose the idea that the NH DOE (i.e. the taxpayers) should be financially responsible for all uncollected meal fees plus additional fees to employ a new program specialist. I believe families that can afford school meals should pay for school meals.
