This bill is contrary to the principles of "freedom of speech" and "innocent until proven guilty". Even if the accused is found not guilty or charges are not brought, this bill would not allow them any ability to publicly defend their actions. Even requiring the previously accused to bring charges against "Alex Doe" is unfair when the accuser has named the accused publicly.
