To think a state should be allowed to so easily and quickly remove a child from their parent(s) and their home is perverse and sickening. Americans have a right to due process first and foremost. The state should be abiding by federal law, which means there should be no action taken without a conviction! This violates our human rights. Without burden of proof, you can do more harm than good to a child(ren) when a parent is falsely accused and the chikd(ren) are put into the hands of a corrupt DCYF system.
