I cannot comprehend how any citizen of New Hampshire would willfully barter our natural environment in exchange for imported garbage dollars. In my many years of travelling this country I have seen first hand the unrecoverable commercial destruction of the landscape. Much of it done years ago with well intent, now left and forgotten by its instigators. Perhaps these and other natural wasteland is a proper location for Casella's project but not here in verdant New Hampshire. I therefore register my support of HR13.
