I'm opposed to HB224 which would rebate the balance of the Renewable Energy Fund (REF) to ratepayers--offering them just a few dollars per year per ratepayer. NH needs this money instead for long-term investments in clean-energy systems that would reduce energy costs for everyone and create jobs and economic growth..
